Timbers, Beams & Logs
Our Specialty! Whether you are rebuilding a historic log cabin or adding rustic details to modern construction, we have you covered with a wide-ranging inventory of log sizes and lengths! Also, when there is the need for additional structural integrity in your build and steel is required, we can create fake logs that can wrap around steel columns to keep the rustic aesthetics of your project.
Here at Timber Products, we supply Cedar & Douglas Fir heavy timber beams, either kept rough to keep the rustic aspect to your project or we also have the capability to S4S (surface four sides) heavy timbers up to 12”x20” with our Kentwood P420 planer for a more modern look.
Timber Trusses
Timber Products can pre-fabricate all styles of timber trusses, whether they are purely decorative or structural, rustic or modern, any design can be realized, built using structurally rated fasteners to create a robust and solid finished product. Steel face plates can provide added beauty and structural integrity to our trusses, may they be custom designed by you or us, they can be a great addition to any truss design.
We have experience working with existing structures or new build construction, liaising with you every step of the way through your truss project.
Brackets, Corbels and Knee Braces
We cut or fabricate brackets, corbels and knee braces, to any size or design that serves your project needs.
Millwork & Moulding, Standard and Custom
We offer a wide range of standard patterns and profiles in various sizes, up to 12 inches wide and in any wood species.
Alternatively, we have the capability to grind our own knives to produce any profile up to 8 inch thick and 16 inch wide; as well as surfacing, ripping, and re-sawing services.
Siding, Ceiling & Flooring
As with our Millwork and Moulding, we can supply all types of wood Siding, Ceiling & Flooring products.
All types of Tongue & Groove, Shiplap, Carsiding, Beaded Ceiling, Boston Pattern, knotty pine paneling and much more!!
Also, log cabin siding, decking, and flooring in a variety of hard and soft woods, really any species by request.
Dimensional Lumber & Sheet Materials
Dimensional lumber and sheet materials are at the heart of any project, large or small.
We carry dimensional lumber in Cedar, Hem Fir, Southern Yellow Pine, Redwood, and Treated Lumber, alternatively we can run dimensional lumber in any species or size on request.
We supply sheet material basics like particle board and MDF; several hardwood ply’s, as well as specialty items like marine grade ply, treated and fire rated ply, melamine and slotwall.
Cedar fencing materials are also available.
